A South Padre Island attorney incriminated in a child custody case was suspended for disparaging a judge who had reported him to the State Bar of Texas.
The 12-month fully probated suspension of Joe Hinojosa Rodriguez is one of 12 disciplinary actions the State Bar of Texas reported Friday.
