A Fort Worth personal injury lawyer was able to convince a Grayson County jury that a Dallas property management company was primarily responsible in the death of a plumber who was electrocuted.

The jury in Sherman’s 59th District Court found the deceased, Kiley Russell, was 25% responsible for his own death, but assigned 50% of the liability to Monticello Asset Management in a verdict that totaled more than $15.68 million.
