Attorneys suing alt-right commentator Alex E. Jones are seeking $37,447 in fees and costs associated with his scheduled deposition in Austin, Texas, on March 23 and March 24, which he missed after a physician determined he should stay home and avoid stress due to an undisclosed medical condition.

The sum includes court reporting services, transcript productions, professional videography, flights, hotel rooms, travel to and from airports, travel within Texas, meals, and hours “wasted” by four attorneys and one paralegal.
