An Austin-based online television service has filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against IMDb TV to stop the company from changing its name.
Kamino Trade Federation Inc., the owner and operator of Freebie TV, filed suit Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division, and is requesting injunctive relief.
