Continuing its rapid expansion into Texas, O'Melveny & Myers has opened an office in Houston—its third location in the state in less than a year—with the addition of three corporate deals partners from Willkie Farr & Gallagher.

Willkie partners Angela Olivarez, Steven Torello and Ryan Cicero joined O'Melveny on Monday. They focus on M&A, private equity, capital markets and leveraged finance work, primarily in the energy and technology sectors.
