Two Houston law firms that launched a failed mass tort research venture took another loss when the Fourteenth District Court of Appeals affirmed a damages judgment in favor of their contractor.

Attorneys James Lee Jr. and Clayton A. Clark and their respective firms, Lee Murphy and Clark, Love & Hutson, represented claimants in mass-tort personal injury lawsuits, including suits against the manufacturers of transvaginal mesh.
