In February 2021, JAMS, formerly known as Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc., a United States-based for-profit organization offering alternative dispute resolution services, including mediation and arbitration, launched a resolution center in Houston, officially expanding JAMS' presence in the Texas market.
As the office approaches its one-and-a-half year anniversary, neutrals former Justice Michael Massengale, retired Judge Michael Schneider Sr., retired Judge Nancy Johnson, retired Judge Russell Lloyd and Randi Ellis continue improving and expanding their service options.
