Houston Students Tour RBG Exhibit and Learn About Careers in Law
Women students from the High School for Law and Justice accompanied attorneys from the Shook, Hardy & Bacon and Chamberlain Hrdlicka law firms in Houston as part of the "Meaningful Day" event on April 8, 2022. The attorneys shared their insight on a career in law and toured the exhibit showcasing the life of the late U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg (RBG) on display at the Holocaust Museum Houston.
Students met with Shook associates Lakshmi Achari, Ashleigh Nwanguma and Brittany Vanek to learn about the profession and encourage young women to consider the field of law.
"We were honored to be part of this event," said Vanek. "It was an exciting day learning about Justice Ginsberg and speaking to the next generation of potential women lawyers."

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.

The court action, filed Nov. 25 in Michigan Eastern District Court by Hooper Hathaway PC on behalf of The Town Residences LLC, accuses Crown Castle of failing to transfer approximately $30,000 in utility payments from T-Mobile in breach of a roof-top lease and assignment agreement.
