The State Bar of Texas has filed a disciplinary petition in Collin County against Attorney General Ken Paxton for his role in former President Donald Trump’s campaign to usurp the actual vote in the 2020 election.

A petition was filed Wednesday afternoon in the 471st District Court by the Commission for Lawyer Discipline. It alleges professional misconduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation.
