Since COVID-19 swept across the world more than two years ago, attorneys in Texas have become found themselves adapting to several new realities. One is the new world of remote depositions. Prior to 2020, many courts and clients were highly reluctant to even consider remote or hybrid proceedings. However, once COVID required the immediate shift to a virtual environment, attorneys began to adapt. In some ways, they even found advantages to the new approach.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
