An Alabama woman claiming severe injuries because of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill allegedly lost her claim in federal court due to attorney negligence. And now, she is being forced to resolve her legal malpractice suit in arbitration.

The Fourteenth District Court of Appeals reversed a Harris County, Texas, district court ruling that had found Sheri Allen Dorgan, 61, was not bound by an arbitration agreement.
