Counsel for a mother and son victimized by a false DNA paternity test revived a lawsuit on appeal by preserving the discovery rule exception to limitations, 21 years after a paternity suit was thrown out.

Although the underlying suit was no longer before the court, the Tarrant County, Texas family managed to get a reversal on summary judgments against the testing center and laboratory they alleged were negligent.
