Cargill, JBS, Tyson Foods and other defendants were hit with an antitrust lawsuit Friday in Texas Eastern District Court. The court action was filed by Boies Schiller Flexner and M. Keith Dollahite P.C. on behalf of John Soules Foods, which alleges a price-fixing conspiracy in the beef market. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:22-cv-00301, John Soules Foods, Inc. v. Cargill, Inc. et al.
