Marriott International was hit with a patent infringement lawsuit Thursday in Texas Eastern District Court. The court case, which asserts three patents related to the 'mobile key' feature of the Marriott app, was brought by Rozier Hardt McDonough PLLC on behalf of Liberty Access Technologies Licensing LLC. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-00318, Liberty Access Technologies Licensing LLC v. Marriott International, Inc.
