A state appeals court has reversed the dismissal of a pandemic-related price-gouging lawsuit brought by the Texas state government against the nation's largest egg producer.
The First District Court of Appeals ruled that Harris County district court erred in throwing out the case, remanding the lawsuit for further proceedings.
