Lime, the bike and scooter sharing service, was hit with a patent infringement lawsuit Monday in Texas Western District Court. The court case, which asserts a single patent related to geographic navigation information technology, was brought by Ramey LLP on behalf of Traxcell Technologies. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 6:22-cv-00944, Traxcell Technologies, LLC v. Neutron Holdings, Inc.
