The overall pass rate for the July 2022 Texas Bar Exam was 66.6%, a decline when compared with the 68.3% overall pass rate for the July 2021 exam, but a significant improvement over the February bar exam, where only half of test-takers passed.

A total of 76.1% of first-time test-takers and 23.2% of repeat test-takers passed the exam, according to statistics made public on Thursday by the Texas Board of Law Examiners.
