American Express was hit with a patent infringement lawsuit Thursday in Texas Western District Court. The court action was filed by Ramey LLP on behalf of mCom IP LLC. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 6:22-cv-01134, mCom IP LLC v. American Express Bank, FSB.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
