The producer of the reality television series “Cheaters” won a copyright infringement lawsuit against a former program host in a Dallas federal court jury trial.

Bobby Goldstein and his company, Bobby Goldstein Productions, sued former “Cheaters” host Thomas Habeeb and American Television Distribution, also known as ATVD LLC, in August 2021 after ATVD edited and posted trailers to promote a spin-off series, “Cheaters Uncensored” on YouTube and Dailymotion.
