Lekha Gopalakrishnan of Winstead has entered an appearance for PCR Brokerage Company LLC in a pending copyright infringement lawsuit. The suit, filed Sept. 9 in Texas Southern District Court by the Sanders Law Group on behalf of Bee Creek Photography, accuses the defendant of misappropriating the plaintiff's photos without permission.
