EssilorLuxottica, a European eyewear conglomerate with brands including Ray-Ban and Oakley, filed a trademark infringement lawsuit Wednesday in Texas Southern District Court. The court case, filed by Klemchuk LLP, targets 4MDM Inc. and Mustafa Abdul Tayab for allegedly selling counterfeit goods. Attorneys have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 4:22-cv-04157, Luxottica Group, S.p.A. v. 4Mdm Inc. et al.
