Farmida Bi, a London partner with Norton Rose Fulbright, is winding up her year as global chair with travel to offices in Texas, Los Angeles and Washington, D.C., as she used her term in the leadership role to prioritize sustainability and bringing together people at the firm.

“When I took over in January, most of us were in lockdown. It’s not been a year when I’ve been able to travel very much. We are finding different ways where our people can feel connected, a real priority for me,” she said.
