Norton Rose Fulbright announced on Tuesday that Jeff Cody, a partner in Dallas who has been U.S. managing partner since the beginning of 2020, was reelected to a second four-year term.

Looking ahead to an additional four years as U.S. managing partner of Norton Rose Fulbright, Dallas' Jeff Cody said he will focus on growth, diversity, culture and adopting technology that can help the global firm provide legal services more efficiently.
"It sounds pretty simple, but the message I have been telling our people all year is we want to build a firm we are proud of, build a place where people are happy to come to work. If we do that, the financial success will follow that," Cody said.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
