Six Hartline Barger product liability and complex commercial litigators in Dallas and Austin have moved to Bowman and Brooke, as the national defense firm fills a gap created when nine partners departed in 2022 to join Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough in Dallas.

Partners Jeff Patterson and Clayton Callen joined Bowman and Brooke on Feb. 22 in Dallas and Austin respectively. Since then, Patterson said, other Hartline Barger lawyers joined him in Dallas—actually in nearby Plano—including of counsel Alfredo Silva, senior counsel Luke Spencer, and associates Courtney Kenisky and Andrew Patterson.
