A former clerk to U.S. District Judge Alan Albright in the Western District of Texas was recently chosen to head the new Texas office of the Los Angeles-based law firm Russ August & Kabat.
Peter Tong now heads the Dallas office, which opened March 15. Tong joined Russ August & Kabat as a partner last year after completing a clerkship with Albright.
