The Law Office of Pena Ware and attorney Jayne A. Ware were hit with a professional malpractice lawsuit on April 4 in Texas District Court for Harris County. The lawsuit, brought by the Irwin Law Firm on behalf of Kerry Payne, accuses the defendants of alleged negligence in the representation of Payne in an underlying personal injury action.
