2 Elected to Winstead Board of Directors
Two of Winstead's shareholders, Tracey Bailey and Alex Allemann, have been elected to the law firm's board of directors.
"Both Alex and Tracey are leaders within our firm, as well as outstanding attorneys with a robust legal practice," said chairman and CEO Jeff Matthews.
Matthews also thanked outgoing board members Michelle Rieger and Fred Tuthill "for the tremendous contributions they have made during their tenure."

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
