Former Dallas Judge Joins Norton Rose Fulbright
Norton Rose Fulbright announced that trial lawyer Kristina Williams, who previously served as a Texas state district court judge, has joined its Dallas office as senior counsel.
Williams has represented clients in interlocutory and post-judgment appeals as well as petitions for writ of mandamus before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the Supreme Court of Texas and the Texas Courts of Appeals.
As judge of the 192nd Civil District Court in Dallas, Williams presided over 35 jury trials, 20 bench trials and more than 900 hearings. Her docket ranged from complex commercial litigation to personal injury cases, and she disposed of nearly 4,000 cases.

J. Brugh Lower of Gibbons has entered an appearance for industrial equipment supplier Devco Corporation in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
