Danny David, the Houston litigator elected as Baker Botts' new managing partner, said his immediate goals are to continue the firm's strategies of sharpening value to clients and to "grow smart" by hiring lawyers to strengthen the Am Law 100 firm's key practices.
Separately, he said he also plans to focus on supporting partners and client development.
