Technology Media and TelecomHewlett Packard Enterprise, the California-based information technology company, was hit with a patent infringement lawsuit Thursday in Texas Eastern District Court. The court case, filed by Rozier Hardt McDonough on behalf of Better Browsing LLC, asserts two patents related to internet browser zoom and bookmarking functions. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:23-cv-00300, Better Browsing LLC v. Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company.
