An El Paso attorney with a history of suspensions was disbarred, and 15 other attorneys received suspensions or public reprimands, according to the September disciplinary report of the State Bar of Texas.
In addition, two attorneys submitted petitions for reinstatements.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
