Plaintiffs in a wrongful death suit that led to a $13 million verdict expect to have a judgment entered this week, but their counsel is well aware the enforcement fight is just beginning.

In July, a district court jury in El Paso County returned a verdict in a vehicle-train collision assigning $1 million in damages to Union Pacific Railroad Co. and $12 million in damages to New Mission Home Care LLC.
