Sanders v. The Boeing Co. is a certified question issue about interpretation of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code, which tolls limitations where a prior action is dismissed "because of lack of jurisdiction" and refiled in a court of "proper jurisdiction" within 60 days after the date of the dismissal "becomes final."

The Texas Supreme Court, convening for oral arguments for the first time in six months, will take up 10 cases this week—one case having to do with certified questions from a federal appeals court.
Tuesday, the court will consider two issues involving parental rights and a certified question from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
