The Dallas Cowboys were hit with a patent infringement lawsuit on Sept. 13 in Texas Northern District Court. The suit, brought by Ramey LLP and Quilling Selander Lownds Winslett & Moser on behalf of Front Row Technologies, alleges that wireless network technology at AT&T Stadium which allows patrons to obtain location-based services on a mobile app, including seat-tracking and guidance towards concession stands, infringes the plaintiff's patent. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 4:23-cv-00943, Front Row Technologies LLC v. Dallas Cowboys Football Club Ltd.
