A partner who was denied his one-third interest in an industrial construction company was awarded about $2 million in damages and attorney fees in a jury trial in San Patricio County.
The jury trial took place last week in the 36th District Court with Judge Starr Bauer presiding in the case of Michael Rowland v. SR Trident.
