Hannah Kim is stepping down as Neiman Marcus Group’s chief legal officer to join consumer behavior research firm Circana as legal chief.

Kim had been at Dallas-based Neiman Marcus since 2021, having been hired away from battery maker Energizer Holdings, where she was legal chief for four years. She also spent two years as assistant general counsel for Bank of America and eight years as associate general counsel and deputy chief compliance officer for Lowe’s.
