Judge Janet Buening Heppard of Fort Bend County’s 387th District Court faces two challengers in the Democratic primary–Jamie Kaye Jordan and Oscar Telfair III.
Heppard won the seat by election in 2020. If Heppard prevails, she has no Republican challenger in the general election.
