Munck Wilson Mandala added senior associate Tracy J. Carson to the firm's litigation group. Carson joins Munck Wilson's Dallas office, focusing his practice on complex commercial litigation. He previously worked as a senior associate at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough in Plano, Texas.
Carson represents clients in business torts, breach of contract and fraud cases, automotive products liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, construction law, and other complex litigation. He also has experience serving as an attorney's fee expert before state and federal courts.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
