A Manhattan jury has found Donald J. Trump, former president of the United States, guilty on all 34 felony counts related to a business fraud scheme to funnel “hush money” payments to adult film star Stormy Daniels to cover up an alleged extramarital affair.

Trump, 77, was charged with 34 counts of falsifying business records. Prosecutors argued he conspired with others to “catch and kill” negative stories about himself during the 2016 presidential election cycle, thereby unlawfully influencing the election.
