The Board of Disciplinary Appeals disbarred two attorneys and two attorneys resigned in lieu of disciplinary actions.
Disabilities are health issues that adversely affected clients led to the suspensions of five attorneys.
In total, the June report of the State Bar of Texas cites 17 attorneys for disciplinary actions.

Of 17 disciplinary actions reported in the June disciplinary report of the State Bar of Texas, five address attorneys whose disabilities or other health conditions became detrimental to their clients.

In other disciplinary actions, two attorneys were disbarred and two resigned in lieu of facing disciplinary actions.
