Patricia joined Integreon in August 2020 as Director of Contracts, Compliance and Commercial Services. Her primary focus is working closely with clients in the design and implementation of highly efficient and cost-effective contracting processes in the US, Europe, Asia, Australia, and Latin America. Patricia is a contract lifecycle management ("CLM") expert who has been not only responsible for implementations and training programs but has been a member of CLM management teams in charge of corporate strategy, product vision, delivery, and customer success initiatives. As a CLM expert, she has coordinated cross-functional team activities, including engineering, product, support, project management, and quality control, to ensure high-quality execution and delivery of CLM projects while meeting deadlines, budget, and customer expectations.

Tina Czepiel | Vice President, Legal Contracting | Validae Health

Tina S. Czepiel is VP, Legal Contracting at Validae Health, L.P. Ms. Czepiel has over 30 years of experience in the contract negotiation and study start-up spaces in management and individual contributor roles across major pharma companies, CROs and small biotech companies. She is keenly focused on bringing efficiencies to the study start-up process for clinical trials.

Diane Homolak | Vice President, Technology Solutions | Integreon

Based in Cleveland, OH, Diane joined Integreon in 2022 bringing over three decades of diverse legal experience to support our clients and services teams in applying technology to solve legal environmental challenges. A published thought leader, Diane has worked with a broad range of legal technology spanning contracting, AI extraction, negotiation support, and reporting. Prior to joining Integreon, Diane was Vice President for Legal Technology at UnitedLex working with global clients to define and implement technology for managed services environments. Her prior experience also includes serving in-house as Manager for Global Legal Innovation and Strategic solutions at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise having achieved that position after roles as Manager for US Buy and Sell Side Contracting, Managing Counsel for HP's manufacturing industry vertical, and 10 plus years as a Senior Transactions, Channels and Marketing Attorney.

Douglas Martin | Executive Director, Legal and Compliance Innovation | Morgan Stanley

As an Executive Director in Legal and Compliance, Douglas is a product owner and is responsible for the transformation and innovation of contract management processes and tools at Morgan Stanley. Douglas joined the Firm in 2011 and has been part of Operational Risk, Firm Management, Treasury and LCD supporting programs such RRP, FHC, Financial Reporting and Resilience. He has over 20 years of experience leading cross-divisional global initiatives that require process transformation and technology-enabled solutions.
