- Two partners in a Houston law firm accuse a third partner of trying to rip off all clients and staff and want a court to intervene.
According to a petition and application for temporary restraining and injunction orders, partners Anthony Pusch and Gerard Pusch, with a combined 55% interest in Pusch & Nguyen Law Firm, are suing partner Chi-Hung "David" Nguyen for breaches of contract and fiduciary duty.
