In Houston, Winston & Strawn has added two McDermott Will & Emery transactions partners who focus on energy M&A and private equity transactions, as firms in Texas continue to hire lawyers working in the busy energy sector.
McDermott partner Kevin Brophy joined the firm on Tuesday, while colleague partner Ming Lei made the move on Aug. 3. Both are partners in Winston’s transactions department.
