Winston & Strawn announced the addition of Banee Pachuca as a partner in the Houston office. Pachuca joins the firm as a member of the firm's Transactions Department with a focus in health care.
Pachuca focuses her practice on health care law, including transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters. She brings experience representing private equity and financial investors in health care transactions, as well as hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, and large physician groups in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other collaborative and alignment strategies.
