What are your most significant achievements from 2023, and why?
The Talen Energy and Serta Simmons chapter 11 cases are two major successes from 2023. Talen was one of the largest restructurings filed in 2022 and we were able to negotiate and implement a comprehensive financial and operational restructuring in under a year. What makes me proudest, however, is that we got the job done without anyone losing their job.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
