The most significant achievement from 2023 is continuing to have the opportunity to represent top tier energy teams that are shaping the future of the industry through their M&A activity. While some of the client relationships are relatively new, in some cases, we have known and worked with individuals for over a decade. Being trusted by all of our clients on such transformative deals and having the opportunity to lead the market in 2023 are achievements that we continually strive for.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
