What are your most significant achievements from 2023, and why?
My most significant achievements include successfully working on more than 20 deals with a combined valuation over $15 billion. These deals were not only influential in their financial impact, but also transformative for the companies involved, enabling them to expand their operations and hire additional staff, thereby contributing to economic growth. I was also able to collaborate closely with many lawyers in various Winston offices, fostering a cohesive and productive team environment. This collaboration was crucial in navigating the complexities of each deal and ensuring a positive outcome for our clients. Most importantly, I was able to drive significant value and growth for our clients through strategic legal counsel and teamwork.

J. Brugh Lower of Gibbons has entered an appearance for industrial equipment supplier Devco Corporation in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The court action, filed Nov. 25 in Michigan Eastern District Court by Hooper Hathaway PC on behalf of The Town Residences LLC, accuses Crown Castle of failing to transfer approximately $30,000 in utility payments from T-Mobile in breach of a roof-top lease and assignment agreement.
