What was your most significant achievement of 2023?
Within Texas, my most significant achievement last year was advising on Goldman Sachs' new Dallas headquarters. In a market rife with distress and expensive capital, new ground-up office development is truly unique, and the firm's plans for the space are very innovative. Beyond that, Goldman Sachs' commitment to developing a new campus and increasing its base in Texas is significant, and the expansion is emblematic of the firm's desire for growth in the region, with an influx of real estate capacity (investment and credit-side, which are both based in Texas). It was also a complex transaction in terms of financing in this market, so I'm proud of the work we were able to accomplish.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls.
