A months-long effort by Live Nation Entertainment Inc. to prevent its chief executive officer being deposed in the Astroworld Festival multidistrict litigation was rejected by the Texas Supreme Court.
The state's highest civil court denied Live Nation's petition for writ of mandamus Tuesday, and lifted a stay of the lower court's order that it imposed in July, four days before the deposition was scheduled.
