Republican candidate Emily Miskel is running for reelection to Place 13 on the Dallas Court of Appeals, a post she was appointed to in 2022 by Gov. Greg Abbott.
Her general election opponent is Dallas County 116th District Court Judge Tonya Parker, who has held that position since 2018.
